We aim to operate a lodge with minimal energy, harmonizing with nature.
• Enhanced building insulation maintains a stable indoor environment even in harsh natural conditions, allowing us to operate solely on natural energy.
•We utilize systems that harness nature’s blessings:
•Cooling with mountain stream water
• Heating and hot water through wood boilers combined with heat storage tanks with sourced thinned wood.
•Electricity generation via rooftop solar panels
2. Supporting the Local Community through Local Production and Consumption
Savoring the local seasonal bounty not only delights the palate but also supports regional employment and livelihoods.
3. Promoting Sustainable Travel
We offer a 10% discount on room rates for guests who arrive at IL BOSCO using public transportation. Additionally, we provide discounted rates for long-term stays.
