We hope you enjoy the seasonal delights of local vegetables, wild plants, and mushrooms. We prepare vegetable dishes that are enjoyable for both vegans and vegetarians, as well as those who are not, ensuring a delicious dining experience for all.

About the Ingredients

We use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.

Vegetables: Seasonal vegetables produced locally
Fish: River fish from Hakuba Village
Eggs: Free-range eggs from the region
Meat: Currently adjusting our supply of game and other meats from Nagano Prefecture
Flour: Produced in Nagano Prefecture
Rice: From Hakuba Village

About Breakfast

Continental breakfast (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM) is included in the B&B plan.

It includes homemade bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

Cooked hot breakfast (7:30 AM to 8:00 AM, reservation required) – 660 yen

In addition to the above Continental breakfast, you can add egg dishes. Please make a reservation by the night before.

About Dinner

Our menu primarily consists of pasta dishes made with seasonal vegetables.
Dinner is available by reservation only. Please make your reservation by the day before.

Price: 1,980 yen. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
*In winter, the price is 2,200 yen.

  • Appetizer: Assorted appetizers
  • Pasta: Spaghetti with mountain udo and tomato sauce
  • Homemade focaccia
About Drinks

We offer a selection of local beers and reasonably priced, delicious wines.
※ If you have a preferred drink during dinner, you can bring your bottle for a fee of 2,000 yen per bottle.
